Does the hiFace perform data resampling?No, the hiFace can’t do any other conversion operation than USB-S/PDIF translation. Whatcomes out of it is always same as what comes from the player. Differencies between the original value of data and that of data coming out of hiFace is due to either the player or the kernel mixer (or core audio on Mac computers).
